Terms
* 15% discount off rental rates June 1-October 15
* Payment Types accepted’ÄìVisa, MasterCard, Cashiers Checks, and personal checks (if at least 60 days prior)
* A Mexican tax of 17% is assessed on all rental fees.
* There is a $30 fee for returned checks and the reservation will be cancelled.
* There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
* There is a MAXIMUM of 2 people per bedroom.
* A security deposit, by way of a credit card authorization, is required to cover lost, stolen or damaged items. There is a $200 US Dollars charge for lost, stolen or damaged remote controls for air conditioners. A $25 charge will be assessed for keys not returned.
* We kindly request a credit card number for us to complete a reservation; no holds can be made.
* 50% of the total rental rate is required at the time of the reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to the arrival date
* Cancellations and refunds: 60 or more days prior to arrival date, 25% of the deposit will be refunded. 59 -30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total amount due will be refunded. Less than 30 days notice, no refund will be made.
* Tips for the staff are customary and appreciated.
